These Terms of Service govern your use of sibleywellness.com(the "site"), operated by Sibley Ayurveda Wellness Center ("we," "us," "Eileen"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The information on this website — including the dosha quiz, herbal recommendations, blog posts, and any written content — is educational in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, herbal regimen, or yoga program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition.

The content on this site does not create a doctor-patient or practitioner-client relationship. A relationship is formed only when you book a consultation, complete intake forms through IntakeQ, and meet with Eileen.

The dosha quiz is an educational tool inspired by traditional Ayurvedic assessment forms. Results are general in nature, are produced from your own self-reported answers, and are not a clinical diagnosis. The quiz runs entirely in your browser and is not stored by us. For a complete constitutional assessment, book a consultation.

Appointment scheduling, intake forms, and payment processing are handled by IntakeQ under their own terms and HIPAA-compliant policies. Once you start a booking, you are interacting with IntakeQ's platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security, scrape it in bulk, or load-test it without permission
• Submit false information through any form on the site
• Reproduce or republish written content from the site without written permission

All written content, photography, branding, the Sibley Ayurveda logo, and the dosha quiz are the property of Sibley Ayurveda Wellness Center or are licensed for use here. You may share individual pages with attribution but may not republish or repackage the content without written permission.

The Herbs page may contain affiliate links to trusted suppliers such as Banyan Botanicals, Maharishi Ayurveda, and Kottakkal. If you purchase through one of those links, Eileen may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are based on Eileen's clinical training and personal use, not on commission rates.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sibley Ayurveda Wellness Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the educational content on it. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed any amount you paid Sibley Ayurveda Wellness Center for services rendered through the site in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sibley Ayurveda Wellness Center harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your use of the educational content in a way that ignores the disclaimers above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in Washington County, Utah.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
