Privacy Policy

Sibley Ayurveda Wellness Center ("we," "us," "Eileen") operates the website sibleywellness.com. This policy describes what information the website collects and how it's used. We designed this site to collect as little personal data as possible and to never store protected health information.

• Anonymous visit data— when you browse the site, Google Analytics 4 records a randomized identifier, your rough geographic region, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. We don't see your name, email, or precise location.
• Contact form submissions— if you fill out the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent to Eileen's inbox. We don't share this with anyone else.
• Booking and intake forms — handled entirely by IntakeQ, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Your booking and clinical information lives in IntakeQ's systems, not on this website.
• Dosha Quiz answers— the quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are stored in your browser's localStorage so you can save and resume; they are never sent to our server or saved in any database.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This places a small text file (cookie) in your browser. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, or install a browser extension that opts you out of GA tracking. The site works fully whether or not analytics is allowed.

The IntakeQ booking widget and the embedded YouTube/Instagram previews (when present) may set their own cookies governed by their own privacy policies.

All clinical health information — intake forms, appointment notes, payment data, and ongoing patient records — is collected and stored exclusively through IntakeQ. IntakeQ is HIPAA-compliant and operates under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This website is a marketing and booking front-end only and does not collect or store protected health information (PHI).

• Vercel — hosts the website. Vercel may log request data such as IP address for routing, abuse prevention, and performance.
• Supabase — stores gallery images Eileen has uploaded. Visitors do not create accounts and no visitor data is stored in Supabase.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic analytics.
• IntakeQ — bookings, intake forms, and clinical records.

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To make a request, email sibleywellness@gmail.com. Requests for clinical records are handled separately through IntakeQ in accordance with HIPAA.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to the site, please contact us.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Substantive changes will be communicated through a banner on the homepage.
